Welcome to ISP Sewa. By accessing this website and purchasing products, you agree to these terms. ISP Sewa acts as an intermediary platform connecting ISPs and businesses with suppliers of networking equipment.
2. Product Sourcing & Intermediary Role
We facilitate the sale of products from various suppliers. Our role is to ensure quality testing, safe dispatch, and delivery.
- Suppliers provide the products to us.
- We (ISP Sewa) test and verify the functionality of all items.
- We dispatch and deliver the verified goods to you.
3. Billing & Warranty
Important Note on Bills: Original bills are provided by the suppliers if they are available. For used and refurbished items, bills may be available or unavailable depending on the original seller. The availability of a bill will be communicated by the seller/supplier.
Warranty terms vary by product condition (New vs Refurbished) and will be specified on the product page or invoice.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective items reported within 3 days of delivery. Physical damage during transit must be reported immediately upon receipt.
